Opportunity summary

Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is seeking a Principal Contractor to deliver anti-ligature refurbishment, and upgrade works within Mental Health Services wards located in Building 19 and Building 7 (Grevillea Ward). The works include upgrades to doors, fixtures, fittings, accessibility elements, ventilation grilles, and associated building services. Works will be undertaken within an operational healthcare facility and include all associated construction, commissioning, certification, and handover requirements. Location: PAH, Woolloongabba, QLD.
