Opportunity summary

Power and Water is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced legal service providers to provide legal secondment services on an as-required basis.The panel will provide Power and Water with access to experienced senior legal practitioners who may be engaged on a temporary basis to supplement the capacity of Power and Water’s Legal Services function. Seconded Legal Practitioners will provide timely, high-quality and commercially practical legal advice and support across Power and Water’s business operations. Services may be required across a range of legal, commercial, regulatory, governance, property and project-related matters.Panel Members may include law firms, alternative legal service providers and specialist legal secondment providers. Each Panel Member must remain responsible for its personnel, including their employment or engagement arrangements, remuneration, entitlements, insurance and professional obligations.Seconded Legal Practitioners will be expected to work collaboratively with Power and Water’s Legal Services team and relevant business units, and to provide independent, objective and practical advice that appropriately considers Power and
