Power and Water Corporation (Power and Water, PWC, We, Our) is a government-owned multi-utility responsible for the transmission and distribution of electricity, and the provision of water and sewerage service across the Northern Territory, including major urban centers and remote communities. Throughout the Northern Territory, Power and Water uses a variety of chemicals for treatment and disinfection of water and wastewater. These sites comprise a combination of urban and remote locations, with differing transport requirements for each location.This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks to establish a panel contract with suitably qualified partners for the supply of chemicals over a 36-month term (with a potential extension of 2 x 12 months). Supply partners must demonstrate end to end supply chain capability, from the point of manufacture or supply through to the point of use at Power and Water facilities. This involves maintaining a documented chain of custody for all chemical products throughout transportation, storage, and delivery processes, ensuring complete traceability, product integrity, regulatory compliance, and security of supply.Suppliers are required to utilise appropriatel
